They Had A Nice Day: Mick Foley Married Two Wrestlers Last Weekend

That’s a side job. With such packed schedules, wrestlers rarely have that much free time on their hands. Whether it is wrestling for a national promotion or being on the road with a variety of independent companies, wrestling is a very time demanding job. It makes free time that much more valuable, especially for major events. One took place over the weekend though, with a wrestling legend playing a major role.

As previously reported, former WWE stars Keith Lee and Mia Yim got married last weekend. According to 411mania.com, WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley officiated the ceremony, as he had offered to do months ago. Lee thanked Foley for his service, with Foley saying it was his honor. Neither Yim nor Lee have wrestled since leaving WWE in November 2021, but Lee is rumored as a possible (yet unconfirmed) AEW signing.

Opinion: That is one of those stories that you hear about Foley on a somewhat regular basis and it is not even that much of a surprise anymore. Foley has a reputation of being one of the nicest guys in all of wrestling and this is another instance of him getting to do something cool to help some people out. At the same time, Yim and Lee seem happy as well, which is what matters most in the situation. I’m looking forward to seeing both of them get back in the ring, and it seems like it might not be that much longer.
