That’s not so bad. The big news yesterday was an update on Braun Strowman’s health. In short, Strowman’s recovery time from elbow surgery was originally announced as four to five weeks but the new report suggested that it could be closer to six months. However, things might not be as bad as they seem.
According to F4WOnline.com
by way of Wrestlinginc.com, the original time is much more accurate for Strowman. His likely return date is now in July and he’ll be facing Brock Lesnar for the Universal Title at “Summerslam 2017”.
Last night WWE announced a fatal five way for the #1 contendership at “Extreme Rules 2017” between Finn Balor, Seth Rollins, Samoa Joe, Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns.
Opinion: That would be a big relief as Strowman would lose a lot of his heat if he was gone until November. Just being gone for one or two pay per view cycles isn’t going to be that big of an issue for him and hopefully this clears up his elbow and shoulder injuries for a long time to come. Strowman vs. Lesnar could be a lot of fun, especially if they build it up right.
