Just push play. When the WWE Network launched nearly three and a half years ago, the wrestling DVD market took a hit. It became a bit more difficult to pay $25 or so for a DVD when you could see all the wrestling you could handle for less than half of that a month. Therefore, WWE had to step up its game with its DVD market.

According to PWInsider.com, WWE has sent out a survey asking which DVD sets fans would be most interested in. Some of these are straight documentaries with match selections included while some are just collections of matches. There is no guarantee that any of these will be made or a release date if they are.

Shawn Michaels: Unreleased

A collection of Michaels matches never before released by WWE home video.

Ultimate Warrior: Unreleased

A collection of Warrior matches never before released by WWE home video.

Macho Man: Unreleased

The Best of Shotgun Saturday Night

A look back at the show which may have started the Attitude Era.

The Best of Trish Stratus

A set on one of the pioneers of the current women’s division and one of the most successful female wrestlers ever.

The Best of Andre the Giant

A look at one of the biggest wrestling legends in history and his famous career.

The Best of Rick Rude

A retrospective on one of the most hated villains in wrestling history.

The Best of Bruno Sammartino

A look at the company’s first true superstar and longest reigning World Champion ever.

The Wyatt Family

A history of Bray Wyatt and his army of soldiers who have wreaked havoc over WWE since their debut.

Bayley

A story about one of the best underdogs WWE has ever produced.

Sasha Banks

A look at the Boss, who was a major part of the Women’s Revolution.

The Women’s Revolution

A history of the movement that changed women’s wrestling forever.

NXT’s Greatest Matches Volume 2

A collection of the best from WWE’s developmental territory, which offers some of the best action in wrestling.

Opinion: As usual, WWE has some good ideas and some very questionable ones. Bayley hasn’t been on the main roster for a year yet and she already could have a DVD? And do we really need a DVD with Stephanie McMahon taking at least half the credit for the Women’s Revolution? At the same time, how have we not gotten a Sammartino DVD yet?

The Rock DVD

Which of these sets would you be most interested in? Do any sound horrible? Let us know in the comments below.
