What Leverage Could Nia Jax Have Over WWE?

Blood runs thicker than contract disputes. Over the course of the last few days, the Nia Jax situation has gotten quite a bit of attention. On the heels of Neville seemingly attempting to leave WWE, Jax seems to be doing the same thing. However, there’s a bit of a different circumstance for Jax which could change things in her favor.

According to SI.com, Jax is likely to be in a strong positing with WWE due to being the Rock’s cousin. Simply put, WWE is likely to give in to some of Jax’s wishes as they don’t want to anger Rock and jeopardize future appearances. At this point, the odds are that Jax will return with a raise in pay.

Opinion: That’s life really. In short, it’s all about who you know and being the cousin of one of the biggest stars in company history and the biggest movie star in the world has some perks. Jax isn’t the biggest deal right now but if she wants something reasonable, she’s likely to get it, partially due to the blood she shares. That’s how it works, like it or not.
