They’re not done. There have been a lot of stories taking place in WWE this year and that was the case again this week. The big story this week was the announcement that NXT UK would be replaced with NXT Europe starting next year. As a result, several NXT UK names have been let go from the company. It turns out that there are even more names gone than previously known.
Earlier Thursday, twelve names were released from NXT UK. Later in the day, according to PWInsider.com, seven more names were released from their contracts. These names include Trent Seven, Sid Scala, Eddie Dennis, T-Bone, Teoman, Xia Brookside and Saxon Huxley. In addition, Kenny Williams has implied that he has been let go via Twitter. It is not clear if any more names will be released.

Opinion: I can’t imagine that these are all of the names who wind up leaving the company and while that is never good to see, it is kind of the way it has to go. It wouldn’t surprise me to see a lot of them brought back for NXT Europe, but that is going to take some time to get set up. Either way, things are changing again in WWE and this time around, that wasn’t exactly for the best.
