Who says Americans can’t get along with other countries? John Cena made his return to “Smackdown Live” this week and seemed to start up a feud with old rival Rusev. On the same show, Baron Corbin attacked Shinsuke Nakamura backstage to continue their issues. I think you can see where this is going.

It leads to a post-show dark match with Cena and Nakamura teaming up to face Corbin and Rusev to close out the evening. Cena and Nakamura won the match to send the fans home happy. During the show, Cena vs. Rusev in a flag match was announced for the upcoming “Battleground 2017” pay per view.

Opinion: This is about as simple of an idea as you could have asked for. Cena and Nakamura are two of the biggest stars “Smackdown Live” has and putting them against their top rivals is all you could have expected. It’s also smart to have these two stars in action for the fans and a good way to wrap up the night.

Which of the feuds are you more interested in? Who do you think Cena will face next? Let us know in the comments below.
