Welcome back/nice to meet you? Back in 2018, Ronda Rousey took the wrestling world by storm and there was no stopping her until she headlined WrestleMania 35 in the biggest women’s wrestling match of all time. It is rare to see someone become anything like her but she has not been around in over a year and a half. That might be changing though, with a bit of a twist.

Relationships are one of the most complicated aspects to a career in wrestling. A wrestler in a relationship is not going to be able to see their significant other very often and that can cause some serious strains. However, one of the exceptions is for couples who both happen to be in the wrestling business. While not yet confirmed, that might play into the chances of Rousey returning to WWE.

According to Fightful Select, both Rousey and her husband Travis Browne have been training in a wrestling ring in recent weeks. Browne has never wrestled before but has been working on his selling and timing. He is also still part of the USADA drug testing pool, suggesting that he might be considering a return to mixed martial arts, where he has not fought since July 2017. Rousey has hinted that she might be interested in wrestling again, including saying she wanted to face Natalya in the ring again.

Rousey was awesome in her time. Check out what WWE might be getting back:

Opinion: I’ve been a Rousey fan for a long time now so it would be nice to see her getting back in the ring. If nothing else, the idea of a Rousey vs. Becky Lynch singles match could be quite the showdown. There are a lot of way to use Rousey and I’m sure WWE would be thrilled to have her in one way or another. It’s not like you can have too much star power and WWE can use all of it they can get.

Will Rousey come back? Do you want her to? Let us know in the comments below.
