Rousey is currently suspended from Monday Night Raw for a certain reason. Click here to find out why.
Sasha Banks recently appeared on the In This Corner podcast and discussed Rousey’s arrival in the company and the strong push that she received right out of the gate. Banks said that she didn’t find it fair when Rousey was brought into the company but ultimately became a fan when she saw how hard Rousey worked and the selling that Rousey did with so little time in the business. Here are her comments, with transcription courtesy of Wrestlinginc.com:
“She had been killing it. She’s proven all the doubters wrong, and it’s so crazy to see her matches,” said Banks. “I’m like in shock, I’m in awe. I loved her match at WrestleMania, I loved her match at Money in the Bank, and I definitely think she’s one to watch. I can’t believe Money in the Bank was only her second match and I am so impressed, and I hope I get to wrestle her in the future and I’m really excited for her here in the WWE and she really has been killing it.”
I’d say Rousey has gotten the hang of things.

Opinion: I can understand Banks’ issues when Rousey first showed up. Banks is one of the people who has done so much to get where she is and bring the rest of the division with her. Now here’s a UFC fighter who is suddenly getting this huge push right out of the gate in one of the feature matches at Wrestlemania. It’s good that Rousey has come around on the whole thing though and Rousey has proven her value already.
