Nice to see you again! While an injury can be one of the worst things to happen to a wrestler, one of the best things is getting to see them make their return to the ring. That can take a long time or a short time, but in a way the longer the time away, the better the return can be. Therefore, it’s very nice to see someone when they have been gone for the better part of a year, which is what took place this week.

The Women’s Revolution has changed almost everything about the WWE women’s division, and women’s wrestling as a whole. Now we have a much more serious selection of women’s wrestlers who have shown that they can make it to the top of the world. With that being said, at some point you have to restock the shelves and that is the case again now that someone is back.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Ruby Riott made her return to WWE after missing nearly nine months. Riott appeared after Liv Morgan defeated Lana in the show’s opening match and attacked Morgan, allowing Lana to do the same. This was Riott’s first appearance since a live event on May 17, 2019 as she was forced to undergo double shoulder surgery. There is no word on when she will be back in the ring.

Speaking of in the ring. Check out some of Riott’s matches:

Opinion: This is some rather good news for WWE as they can only have the same women fighting over and over. Riott has never really had the chance to prove herself on her own but her limited exposure as a singles wrestler has been mostly positive. It might take some time to build her up, but if they have something with her, it can only mean good things for the women’s division.

Does Riott impress you? When will she get into the title picture? Let us know in the comments below.
