Prelude to a big one. Back in April, the WWE held their second annual Superstar Shakeup, which saw a host of names move from one show to the other. This some big changes, many of which were more interesting than others. One of the biggest though saw the Miz move to SmackDown Live, where Daniel Bryan was now cleared for in-ring competition again. That set up the inevitable collision between the two long time rivals but the match hasn’t been made official yet. However, there are some previews to be had and one was more recent than expected.
Complete with a lot of talking to the crowd.

Opinion: I understand why they didn’t do it this way but having Bryan return on the Monday Night Raw after WrestleMania 34 and answer a Miz open challenge with the running knee would have been incredible. However, now we can have that match on a big stage (my money is on Summerslam) and they can tear the house down with a big, emotional match. That one of the big matches left for Bryan and I’d love to see it in one form or another.
