Those are some big developments. AEW has shaken up the wrestling world in a hurry and there are a lot of changes that have taken place because of the company during its short existence. This has included a variety of different presentations on wrestling, with some wrestlers getting a bigger push than they have ever received before. There are still some changes to be made though and some of those were made this week.

One of the biggest signings that AEW has made this year was the Revival, though the signing has been in the form of a handshake deal. The Revival, now known as FTR, is an old school style tag team and a pair of wrestlers who could offer some rather interesting changes of pace for AEW. That doesn’t mean there isn’t room for improvement though and those improvements took place this week.

During this week’s AEW Dynamite, FTR signed their official AEW contracts, under the supervision of their new advisor, Arn Anderson. This marked Anderson’s first appearance with the team and comes after he has spent several months managing Cody. There is no word on if this will be a permanent change or just an angle. FTR went on to toast their new contracts with Hangman Page.

It was an eventful segment. Check out what went down:

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that could go a long way for Revival as they fit in perfectly with Anderson. I don’t know if they need Anderson to do any talking for them, but if nothing else AEW is planting some seeds for their version of the Horsemen. That could make for a rather interesting story, though I’m hoping they don’t turn it into something referencing the Horsemen directly. Be yourselves, which can be a twist on a classic at the same time.
