That’s harsh. Wrestling has been around for a very long time and as a result, there are fans who have been watching for a good many years as well. These are the fans who are among the most loyal and whose lives have been impacted by wrestling to various degrees. It can be interesting to see how those people react when wrestling changes, and now one legend has a story to tell.

During a recent edition of his Six Feet Under podcast, WWE Hall Of Famer the Undertaker talked about how some fans are not happy with him for speaking as himself rather than as his Undertaker character. Undertaker said that some have told him he was “ruining their childhood”. Undertaker was notorious for not breaking character throughout his career, though since his retirement from the ring, he has regularly appeared in one man shows and hosts a podcast.

Opinion: This is something that is going to happen for some fans as they cannot accept major things changing. That being said, it is more than a little weird to see Undertaker talking like a normal person after thirty years of him being the Undertaker. That isn’t the kind of change you would expect to see but in this case, it seems to have impacted some people in quite the dramatic way.
