It might be greener on the other side. While a lot of wrestlers will say that WWE is their ultimate goal, some people just don’t fit in there. Through what may be a fault of their own or the fault of WWE itself, there are some talents who just can’t make everything click. That has been the case with several names for years and now one of the most prominent names in wrestling journalism has found another.
The person in question was on Monday Night Raw last night. See what they did in our full results.
In a recent statement, Meltzer, by way of Givemesport.com, says that Chad Gable should leave WWE if he’s not going to be used better. Meltzer praises Gable as someone with a lot of talent who isn’t being used properly in his current WWE role. Gable has been on the main WWE roster since the 2016 Draft and is a one time SmackDown Tag Team Champion with Jason Jordan. His last win on Monday Night Raw came on April 23.
You know, because this guy just doesn’t fit.
Opinion: Really, it’s hard to argue with what Meltzer is saying here. Gable is a former Olympic wrestler and someone that WWE spent a lot of time on in NXT. He has a good look, is only thirty two years old, and can talk. Now for some reason, that’s not enough to get you very far in WWE, but maybe if he grew about six inches it would show how serious he is about wrestling. I don’t necessarily want Gable to go, but what he’s doing at the moment isn’t working.
Do you agree with Meltzer? Who do you think should leave WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
