He doesn’t seem thrilled. Sometimes wrestling stories can get a little garbled and that can be quite an issue. Wrestlers may have something to say about a situation and the details reported don’t exactly line up with what happened. That is a problem and it is easy to see why some wrestlers will get upset. Such a thing happened recently and the wrestler in question doesn’t seem pleased.
Last week, a story broke that D-Von Dudley was taking time off from his role as a WWE producer to deal with some health issues. There were no more specifics mentioned, other than Dudley saying that he was hanging in there and needing to deal with some things. It was not clear how much time he was taking off, but it seemed to get people’s attention anyway. We still do not know many details, but Dudley is clearing up a few things.
During the latest edition of his Table Talk podcast, Dudley said that while he is having health issues, he is doing fine and thinks that people have blown the story out of proportion. He also said that he intentionally did not specify what his issues were. Dudley made it clear that he was fine and doesn’t “have any feet in the grave”. There is no word on how long Dudley will be away from WWE or if he is already back at work.
Dudley had quite the career. Check out some of his better moments and solo efforts:
Opinion: As someone who wrote one of the stories that Dudley does not care for, I can understand how he does not care for people blowing it out of proportion. That is not what we were trying to do and we hoped to only report what Dudley said, which was just that he has having some unspecified issues. As is the case with any story though, it is going to grow as more people tell it, which may not be good but it is kind of hard to prevent.
