Bray Wyatt Has a Surprising Supporter

Follow the Irish buzzards? With less than three days before the Royal Rumble, there’s really no stand out favorite to win the match. With twenty two names announced, there’s a chance the winner is already entered into the match but a surprise is always a possibility. One major name in the match is Bray Wyatt and he has one rather surprising supporter.

In a new interview with DC101, Becky Lynch says that she would love to see Wyatt win as she finds him to be one of the most impressive performers in the company. She praises Wyatt’s abilities both in the ring and on the microphone while also talking about Wyatt’s potential. Here are her thoughts:

“I would love to see Bray Wyatt win. I think he’s the best talent that we have and one of the best characters that we have. He’s amazing and so compelling every time he’s on the screen, I just want to watch him. Every time he’s talking, and whether it’s backstage or on the mic, I want to listen. I don’t think that we’ve even seen half of what he can do.”

Well that’s….different. Lynch is pretty clearly out of character here and that can make for some very interesting statements. I certainly agree that Wyatt is a very talented guy and it would be cool for him to win the Rumble. With him FINALLY winning a title, it’s a bit more plausible that he could win something bigger going forward.
