When worlds collide? Wrestling is a funny subject as you never quite know how far it can stretch. Occasionally you’ll see things like a football player doing a wrestling pose or someone in a wrestling shirt, but not so often do you expect to see a certain wrestling cereal connected to a galaxy far, far away.

According to an article on Uproxx, the late Carrie Fisher had a box of New Day BootyO’s on a shelf in her kitchen. The display was a collection of various novelty items and the only wrestling item in the collection. BootyO’s were released in 2016 and Fisher died at the end of the same year, meaning they weren’t on display all that long. Here’s a photo of the collection with the box included.

This isn’t BootyO’s first honor:

The New Day reveal that Booty-O's is the official cereal of WrestleMania 32: Raw, March 28, 2016

Opinion: I’ve been doing these news stories for a good while now and I really didn’t expect to ever write something like this one. In what might not be a surprise, I’m also a big Star Wars fan so seeing these two worlds coming together is rather entertaining. I doubt Fisher was a wrestling fan (though it’s possible) but she did seem to have a great sense of humor.

What is your favorite random celebrity pairing like this? Have you had the cereal? Let us know in the comments below.
