It wasn’t his fault. There has been a lot of turnover in WWE as of late, with names coming and going from the main roster at a rapid pace. Some of these things might seem to be more important than others, though some are downright confusing. As it turns out, one of the names that has been moving around might not be having as much of a push as others for a reason.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, EC3 is being punished for the lack of a crowd reaction to his matches with Dean Ambrose (Jon Moxley) before Ambrose left WWE. The two traded wins back in February and EC3 has not won a match on Monday Night Raw or SmackDown Live since. Moxley suggested that this was the case during his recent appearance on Talk Is Jericho.

Opinion: I really hope this isn’t the case. After all of the bad reactions that so many other things have had, they decide to take EC3’s chance away because one of their multiple bad ideas failed? EC3 has almost everything that you could want in a prospect but because a short match he had against someone not sticking around didn’t go over well, he’s banished to Main Event? If that’s the case, egads.
