Swann has reunited with his wife, Vannarah Riggs (Su Yung) following the incident. The two were back together mid-week last week, if not earlier. The couple is said to be doing well.
Riggs took to her Facebook account to post about seeing her husband:
“I can not wait to see my husband tomorrow. After such an awesome weekend of wrestling debuting in two different promotions across America, nothing would be better than to see his face.”
Meltzer is under the impression that this means Riggs won’t be pressing charges on Swann. In evidence of this, Swann’s attorney told Alex Marvez of The Sporting News that no charges have been officially filed and the state attorney will make their decision on whether to file the charges.
It is possible WWE may bring him back but by no means is this a certainty. Due to the backlash WWE may receive at having someone like Swann on television so soon after this incident, they may decide to either release or not use him.
Below we have featured one of his matches against former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville. Both men are not currently competing in the company, so you can use this opportunity to see them compete against each other.
Would you mind Swann coming back? Are you glad charges aren’t seemingly being pressed?
