Latest Update on Ric Flair’s Condition and Charlotte’s Response

WWE and Bleacher Report have provided an update on the condition of two time Hall of Famer Ric Flair, while Charlotte Flair has responded with an update on her father.

As a reminder, ESPN has a documentary coming out later this year surrounding Ric Flair and his legacy in the professional wrestling industry. Let it also be known that he was to feature in a ‘Table For 3’ episode after ‘Raw’ last week but that was replaced by a documentary for now due to the current condition of Flair.

Melinda Morris Zanoni of Legacy Talent and Entertainment who is Flair’s manager sent out the following tweets:

It is being reported that Flair had an external pacemaker installed and is currently on kidney dialysis, which helps his kidneys function as they should when they can no longer continue functioning properly.

Many sources, including ourselves noted that Flair may have potentially had problems with his heart but it has since come out that he was suffering a bowl obstruction.

Charlotte would say the following via her Instagram account:

“After an incredibly hard week, my dad is getting better. There is still a long road to go and he’s not out of the woods just yet but I want to again thank everyone for their support on behalf of myself and my family. My dad has given his life to sports entertainment. To everyone competing tonight, you know he’d be backstage watching if he could. Give it a little extra flair for him tonight. Woooo!”
