Just nine days away from the upcoming “Tables, Ladders & Chairs” pay-per-view, WWE has issued an official name change to the event.

Earlier this week, it was confirmed Big Show and Erick Rowan, who is now referred to as “Big Red,” would be facing off in a stairs match at the upcoming “TLC” event. It appears the company is now going to integrate that into part of the name.

A new release by WWE shows an updated logo for the show, with it renamed as “Tables, Ladders, Chairs…and Stairs.”

It is unknown at this time what exactly will constitute a stairs match, as steel steps are regularly available for usage in any wrestling match, and don’t result in disqualification unless picked up and used to inflict damage. Regardless, its inclusion means it will be the first time WWE has changed a pay-per-view name under two weeks before it airs.

The show will take place live from the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio Dec. 14 live on the WWE Network. Among other matches on the card are John Cena vs. Seth Rollins in a tables match, Dolph Ziggler vs. Luke Harper in a ladder match for the Intercontinental Championship and a TLC match between Bray Wyatt and Dean Ambrose.

Editor’s Note

With all due respect, this is the dumbest article I’ve ever had to write for this site. Wow.
