TNA Knockout Lei’D Tapa has announced her departure from the company as of Thursday night. Tapa, real name Seini Draughn, took to Twitter to confirm she is leaving.

Additionally, she noted that she was leaving the company on good terms, and insinuated things were always open in the future.

Tapa lost to Gail Kim on the most recent episode of “Impact Wrestling.” She debuted with the company in February of 2013 when she lost to Ivelisse Velez on Gut Check, but was still offered a contract. She spent the rest of the year bouncing between the main roster and Ohio Valley Wrestling to develop more.

In her final match against Kim, she put her career on the line. This would explain her departure on-screen.
