Ring legend Larry Zbyszko chatted with WGD Weekly about TNA’s financial issues, and made some stirring comments about the company and its talent.

Regarding its financial situation, he said that the company made some poor decisions in the past. He claims that Bob Carter, Dixie’s father, had a difficult time resisting his daughter’s wishes and spent money recklessly.

Zbyszko would add, “From what I hear…this guy is now fired, this guy is now fired and if you wanna stay there you get a pay cut. Half the guys wrestling there are on food stamps. I was shocked when I heard that one…”

He would also comment on the lack of new stars, claiming that 10 years ago he’d watch Christopher Daniels and AJ Styles in the main event. He added that he’ll flip the channel to them now, and get that exact same match.

In regards to Hulk Hogan, he said that the company is “blowing [its] wad” on him, while Eric Bischoff won’t listen to others around him.
