Ric Flair May Have Just Finished a Stint in Rehab

Rumors hit the web Tuesday saying that two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair may have just finished a stint in rehab. F4Wonline.com is reporting that the WWE-sponsored rehabilitation program is what kept Flair out of the public eye for the last thirty days or so, which is a conflicting story to the one that Flair has given out about his silence last month.

Flair claims that he was resting in Florida with his daughter, but Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter and F4Wonline.com is claiming that he was really in rehab. Meltzer states that WWE wanted Flair to go through the rehabilitation program, but Flair told some of his friends that he didn’t go. Meltzer says that he did go, but at this time the speculation on where Flair was for most of September is merely all hearsay.

It was reported in August that the WWE wanted Flair to be one of their new Public Relations ambassadors, but then a drunken Flair showed out during the infamous WWE 2K14 panel, and the WWE suggested that he go through a rehabilitation program before the two parties ever talk about working together again.
