It was announced on the October 14 edition of Monday Night Raw that a second Hell in a Cell match will be taking place at the Hell in a Cell themed pay-per-view. The match will put CM Punk against both Ryback and Paul Heyman in a handicap match. The match joins the WWE Championship match that has Daniel Bryan going up against Randy Orton with WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels as the special guest referee, as the only two matches taking place inside the cell.

In an update to the situation, F4WOnline is reporting that it was Vince McMahon who decided to feature this match inside Hell in a Cell. Mr. McMahon felt that the handicap match needed more intrigue to it due to a previous handicap match that involved Curtis Axel instead of Ryback recently occurring at Night of Champions.
