Finn Balor Gives Odds On Royal Rumble Appearance

Hey, the Royal Rumble is coming up! Maybe you’ve heard. This is one of the more hotly speculated upon flagship battle royals in recent memory, and the rumors just won’t stop coming.

Possible surprises have included everyone from Kurt Angle to Kenny Omega, with a million more in between.

And, as Triple H noted, there doesn’t seem to be a clear-cut, obvious winner. Though some are certainly more likely than others.

Last night, Finn Balor had a little something to say about the odds of his Rumble return. Evidently, a fan tweeted that he’d be cleared to compete on Sunday, and Finn has some thanks for the would-be doctor’s opinion.

Yikes, not great.

Of course, Finn’s scheduled return date has been reported as March, in time for WrestleMania but certainly not in time for the Rumble this Sunday. If Balor were to return at the Rumble, that would put his speedy recovery in the same league as John Cena’s 2008 Rumble return. Not impossible, but Cena has a frankly freakish healing ability.
