Multiple sources are reporting that WrestleMania 31 may be held at Cowboys Stadium. WWE officials recently visited Arlington, Texas to discuss the possibilities of Cowboys Stadium being the home of the company’s biggest annual event in 2015.

WrestlingInc.com reports that the meeting between all involved lasted a few hours. Those in attendance were said to be WWE’s Senior VP of Special Events John Saboor,  and both Dallas and Arlington mayors. Reports also state that the graphic below, courtesy of WrestlingInc.com, was displayed on the stadium’s big screen that read, “Cowboys Stadium Welcomes John Saboor.”

Cowboys Stadium Pitch

If Cowboys Stadium is selected to house WrestleMania 31, this could open the door for over 100 thousand people to be in attendance for the event, as the stadium usually holds around 80 thousand Dallas Cowboys fans on NFL Sundays and plenty of seats would be added for floor and ringside sections.
