Impact Wrestling have announced the release of Lisa Marie Varon, better known as TNA Knockout Tara.
After becoming a two-time WWE Women’s Champion, Varon joined TNA Wrestling in 2009 where she went on to hold the Knockouts Championship five times and also the Knockouts Tag Team Championships once, with partner Brooke Tessmacher.
TNA confirmed the release on it’s website and also via Twitter.

The reason for Varon’s release is not yet known.
