Ever since CM Punk finally received a push into the WWE title picture in 2011, his theme songs have expected major pops. “This Fire Burns,” which was the theme Punk used his entire WWE career prior to ’11, is featured in our “Honorable Mentions” section solely because of the pop it received in Chicago at Money in the Bank 2011 (and because it is a killer song).

When Punk returned from a 2 week hiatus after winning the WWE Championship to “Cult of Personality,” the era of CM Punk began. All it takes now for a modern WWE crowd to lose their minds is two distinct bursts of white noise. Don’t believe me? Watch his latest hiatus return at WWE Payback below and see for yourself.
