WrestlingINC.com is reporting that NXT superstar Memo Montenegro has been released by the WWE. Montenegro, real name Guillermo Rodriguez, was signed by the company back in 2012.
Rodriguez, who is the real life brother of current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio, only wrestled two matches on television during his time in NXT. One against Big E. Langston on November 7th, 2012, and another against Xavier Woods on November 28th. His profile was removed from the NXT page on July 22nd.
