There have been multiple reports about Scott Hall falling back onto “bad times” as of late. The WWE Hall of Famer has reportedly been in bad shape the past two weekends during appearances booked through independent promoters.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter acknowledges these reports, which have come from fans on Twitter and e-mails from readers of WrestlingRumors.net as well. One reader claimed that Hall looked out of his mind and was super late to his appearance. Dave Meltzer confirms this report saying that Hall was 90 minutes late to the Fan Fest, even though he had arrived in town the day before the event.

Meltzer writes a warning in the latest edition of the Newsletter, stating that if you are an independent promoter, you should book Hall at your own risk. Hall, who had been a success story when living with Diamond Dallas Page, was said to have been “slipping a bit” by friend and fellow WWE Hall of Famer Jake “The Snake” Roberts.

Hall was inducted into the 2014 class of the WWE Hall of Fame as Razor Ramon along side of Roberts, Lita, and The Ultimate Warrior. Rumors have said that Hall took the tragic death of Ultimate Warrior to heart and began mourning him poorly. Only those close to Hall know exactly what it going on with the “Bad Guy,” but hopefully he’ll remember that, “bad times don’t last, but bad guys do.”

Editor’s Note:
I hope Hall gets straight again. I hope these rumors aren’t real. Hall is one of the reasons I ever started watching wrestling in 1992, and he’ll forever be one of, if not my all-time favorite. I pray he doesn’t fall back into the same dangerous place he once was, because I don’t want to have to mourn him like we did Warrior anytime soon.
