Emma, real name Tenille Dashwood, has officially be reinstated by WWE officials. As previously reported, WWE.com announced on July 2 that Emma had been released from the company due to her arrest on June 30. However, the company has now reported on their official website that the Diva now has her job yet again.

Emma was arrested on Sixth-Degree Larceny charges Monday, June 30 in Hartford, Conn. She reportedly shoplifted an iPod case from a local Wal-Mart Superstore. WWE initially said that Emma would have to face the penalty of her actions, which was release from her contract, but now WWE officials have re-evaluated the situation, and changed their minds just hours after announcing the Diva’s departure from the company.

WWE.com staff writes the following in regards to the situation,

“Upon further evaluation, WWE has reinstated Tenille Dashwood (WWE Diva Emma) but will take appropriate punitive action for her violation of the law.”
