“Live! Stone Cold Podcast” to Happen Monthly; Undertaker Confirmed as a Guest

The WWE Network exclusive program “Live! Stone Cold Podcast” is set to happen monthly from now on. WWE released the following press release regarding WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin hosting the show each month, including some huge names, such as The Undertaker, as his future guests.

WWE writes,

“Stone Cold” Steve Austin will host Stone Cold Podcast Live!, a no-holds barred monthly interview series on the award-winning WWE Network, beginning Monday, June 1 with special guest Paul Heyman. Each month, exclusively on WWE Network, the WWE Hall of Famer will sit down with the biggest names in WWE including Hulk Hogan, The Undertaker, Sting and other celebrities from the world of sports and entertainment.

What will happen when two of WWE’s most controversial and outspoken figures set the record straight in an anything-goes interview? What questions will the Texas Rattlesnake ask the Advocate to former WWE World Heayweight Champion Brock Lesnar? And what does Heyman have to say about his client’s last few months, including losing the title at WrestleMania 31 to Seth Rollins? Don’t miss this electric encounter, live on WWE Network.

The must-see interview is the latest in “Stone Cold’s” popular podcast series on WWE Network. If the WWE Hall of Famer’s previous live interviews with Vince McMahon and Triple H are any indication, Austin’s upcoming sitdown with Heyman will be a revealing encounter.”

The company announced that Austin would return to hosting the live WWE Network exclusive program during the WWE “Payback” Kick-Off show on May 17. Heyman will be the next guest in the series, appearing on the program after “Monday Night Raw” on June 1.

Speculation surrounding the podcast returning has claimed that WWE is bringing the “Live! Stone Cold Podcast” series back as a monthly program to further entice new subscribers to stay obligated to the WWE Network. Guests like The Undertaker, Sting, and WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan will likely bring a lot of eyes to the shoot-style program, as gloves will undoubtably be off, and some questions will likely be controversial.
