John Cena Set to Be A Villain in New Tina Fey Movie

WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena is set to be a villain in a new Tina Fey and Amy Poehler film named “The Nest.” The movie is advertised for a Dec. 28, 2015 release, and will see Cena in a very different role than he’s ever played on camera.

Deadline.com states that the movie will document two sisters, Fey and Poehler, who attempt to throw one last party in the home that they grew up in before their parents can sell it. While Cena’s role has not been described in great detail, what’s known is that he will be a villain-esc role.

James Brolin, Ike Barinholtz, and Maya Rudolph will also star in the movie with Cena, Fey, and Poehler. Cena is currently filming a part for the Judd Apatow directed Amy Schumer movie, “Trainwreck,” but it will be his turn in film as a “villain” character that will show not only the WWE Universe, but the entire universe a different side to the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
