Following the “corporate firing” of Cody Rhodes a few weeks ago, both Dustin (Goldust), and Dusty Rhodes have been on television to defend him and to try and undo the wrongful termination that took place. Now, it appears as if the entire Rhodes, or Runnels, family may appear on WWE television before this program is finished.
Dusty Rhodes appeared on Monday night’s RAW broadcast, and was knocked out by the Big Show. Show, regretfully acting on the orders of Stephanie McMahon, KO punched the WWE Hall of Famer so that he would not be accosted by the Shield. As he was carried away in an ambulance, other members of the Runnels family tweeted about the incident, teasing an appearance in the near future.
Dusty’s daughter, and Dustin and Cody’s sister Teil, was the first to hope onto Twitter with a response. She said,
@WWE @StephMcMahon My dad has given everything to this business. His heart, soul and his two fine sons. SHAME on you!

You not only disrespect my family but everyone who believes in the American Dream and I’ve had enough. #WatchThemAllFall

Then, later in the evening, Cody himself sent a tweet in response to the attack on his father and the actions of the McMahon-Helmsley Regime. He posted,
Cowards. #WatchThemAllFall

Goldust also made comments after the incident to WWE.com, saying,
“Steph, you crossed the line. Triple H, you crossed the line. You won’t see me comin’. You won’t see Cody comin’. You’re all gonna fall.”
With all three family members using the same ending to their comments, we could see the entire Rhodes family rise up against the McMahon-Helmsley Regime in the near future, and you can expect that a show down like that would have to be televised.
