*COMPLETE SPOILERS* for August 1 “Smackdown”

WWE taped the Aug. 1 edition of “Smackdown” in Corpus Christi, TX on July 29. The following are the results of the show, which will air on SyFy, Friday, Aug. 1. Thanks to Brandon Boyer and Michelle Marlow for corresponding for us in Corpus Christi.

WWE “Smackdown” (08-01-14)

1.) Jack Swagger def. Cesaro via Submission. Following the match , Rusev and Lana come out, engage with Zeb Colter and Swagger, leading to a flag match being made between the two for “SummerSlam.”

* Randy Orton comes out to challenge Roman Reigns to a match at “SummerSlam.

2.) R-Truth def. Bo Dallas via DQ. Dallas gets himself disqualified by not answering a five-count. He then beats Truth down before destroying him verbally.

3.) AJ Lee def. Rosa Mendes via Submission. Following the match, Paige attacks AJ, leaving her lifeless where officials have to come check on her.

* AJ Lee is seen being assisted out of the arena on a stretcher.

4.) Kane and Seth Rollins def. Dean Ambrose via DQ. Ambrose attacks Kane with a steel chair to end the bout. Rollins gets away, but Ambrose continues to attack Kane with the chair before leaving the ring.

5.) Diego def. Fandango. Fandango was distracted by Layla and Summer Rae, giving Diego the advantage.

6.) Alberto Del Rio def. Dolph Ziggler via Submission. Miz was on commentary. He eggs Ziggler on and provides the distraction needed for Del Rio to get the upper hand on Ziggler.

* The Wyatt Family cut a promo about Bray Wyatt vs Chris Jericho at “SummerSlam.”

8.) Chris Jericho def. Erick Rowan. With Jericho defeating Rowan, he is now banned from ringside during the Wyatt/Jericho match at “SummerSlam.”
