Chris Jericho vs Bray Wyatt has been confirmed for “SummerSlam.” In a rematch from “Battleground,” Jericho will face off against Wyatt on Aug. 17, in what will likely be the second match out of a series of three for the two.

Jericho and Wyatt are rumored to be locked into a three-match series, which will take them all the way to “Night Of Champions,” where Jericho will compete in his last match for the company during this current run. Jericho won the first match between the two at “Battleground” on July 20, and if the rumors are true, Wyatt is set to win the next two encounters.

Jericho chose Wyatt personally as the man that he wanted to work with during his three-month run with the company in 2014. Following “Night Of Champions” in September, Jericho will return to touring with his band Fozzy in support of their new record, “Do You Want to Start a War?”

“SummerSlam” will air on the WWE Network, as well as other select cable providers on Aug. 17.

Editor’s Note:
Jericho vs Wyatt round 2. HOPEFULLY they take their time and have a better match this time around.
