Chris Jericho’s current WWE status has been questioned over the last couple of days, as he is set to begin a month-long European Tour with his band “Fozzy” this week. While he will be touring in April with his band, the WWE still plans to use him whenever he is available.

Jericho was active Tuesday night during WWE’s Smackdown tapings, as he took on Dolph Ziggler for the World Heavyweight Championship. Fandango attacked Jericho and the end of this match, which will likely give Y2J an “embarrassment” or “injury” angle to use for not being on TV for the next 2 weeks leading into the WWE’s tour of the UK. Jericho is scheduled for the Raw TV taping in London on Monday, April 22, allowing him to stay relevant on WWE programming until his rematch with Fandango, which has been rumored for the WWE Extreme Rules PPV in May.

The first date on Fozzy’s European tour  is April 11 in Southampton, UK. Fozzy continues on for another week and finishes on Apr. 28. After the European Tour concludes, Fozzy returns to the US in May and has 2 dates listed on their schedule.  Most of May, June, and July however are open for Jericho to continue working with the WWE. The next advertised tour date August 11th back in Europe. You can check out Fozzy’s entire tour schedule here.
