According to a report by ABC15.com, former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan (real name: Bryan Danielson) was able to stop and detain one of two burglars who broke into his home on July 24.

The report notes that Danielson and his wife Brie Bella (real name: Brianna Danielson) were pulling into their carport that evening when they noted the door leading to their home was open.

Two men ran out and fled on foot. Danielson was able to stop 22-year-old Cesar Sosa, who was booked into Maricopa County Jail and charged with burglary.

The second suspect managed to get away.

Danielson got into a struggle with Sosa but was able to keep him at bay until police arrived on the scene. How did he manage to do it? With a rear-naked choke, of course.

Brianna managed to retrieve the stolen items, including a bracelet that belonged to Bryan’s father, per TMZ.com.

The burglar’s got into the house by breaking through the back door.
