The “Elimination Chamber” pay-per-view this Sunday promises to be an exciting one, with several matches of intrigue on the card. Most notably, of course, is the
six-man match for which the event is named, featuring the WWE Champion John Cena, The Miz, Bray Wyatt, AJ Styles, Baron Corbin and Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose.
But what will the structure itself look like?
According to a report from Brian Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Live, the chamber will be undergoing some slight changes. Although we don’t know exactly what they will be, modifications have been made.
Part of the issue with the previous chamber was that it was unable to be mounted in numerous arenas. This is because many venues have a huge scoreboard above wear the ring would be, and this creates a logistical nightmare for the set-up crew.
In fact, on theWrestling Compadres Slamcast in 2015, Stephanie McMahon said that WWE had dropped the event due to the logistics of hanging the Chamber, which weighs more than 10 tons.
Editor’s Note:
Cool. Let the speculations begin.
