Report: Scarlett Bordeaux Requested Release From Impact Wrestling

Another one bites the dust? According to a report from PWInsider, Scarlett Bordeaux has requested her release from Impact Wrestling. The request came late last week.

Her deal is said to be a pay-per-appearance and is not a guaranteed contract. It is unknown at this time if her release will be granted.

She joins Killer Kross as talent who have recently asked for their release from the company.

It is believed that Bordeaux is believed to be under contract to Impact until later this summer. She recently worked the TV tapings in Philadelphia and would next be scheduled to appear for the company at the tapings in early June.

Editor’s Thoughts:

I don’t follow Impact that closely, but from what people tell me, she is one of the best parts of the company. My guess is that she’s either not happy with her place in the company, or she has an opportunity to go somewhere else and become a bigger star. Perhaps NXT?
