It’s better than bad news. Earlier this week, news broke that Ric Flair was having another health issue, though it turned out that it might not have been as bad as it seemed. At the end of the day though, it is still a major medical procedure and something that has to be done. That was a few days ago however and the procedure still has not taken place due to a bit of a change of plans.
According to TMZ.com, Ric Flair’s wife Wendy has said that Flair’s procedure has been postponed until Monday due to some unspecified complications that had to be corrected. There is no word on what kind of procedure Flair has to undergo, but he has been having a variety of health issues in recent years, including an intestine issue that caused him to be put into a medically induced coma in 2017.
The man can still do it. Check out Flair doing something only he can make work:
Opinion: The fact that the surgery can be postponed even by a few days suggests to me that things might not be as dire as they seemed to be yesterday. However, Flair is 70 years old and someone who has not had the best medical history over the last few years. Hopefully things work out, but it would seem that Flair is getting worse by the day, which is not going to end well.
