WOOOOOOOOOOO! According to a report from PWInsider, WWE legend Ric Flair will be appearing on Raw this coming Monday. It is unknown what his role will be, but rumors are that he will be there to pay homage to his friend, Mean Gene Okerlund, who passed away earlier this week.
Flair and Okerlund had incredible chemistry, which you can see in the interview below:
It has been previously reported that Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan will also be in attendance to honor his late friend.
Flair appeared on WWE programming in October of 2018, when he, along with Batista, Randy Orton and Triple H cut a promo as Evolution on the 1000th episode of Smackdown Live.
Editor’s Opinion:
I hope that the company does a major segment, where several legends return to honor Mean Gene. He was truly one of the most recognizable and important parts of professional wrestling over the last 30 years, and is deserving of a hero’s farewell.
