John Cena has always been known to be a resilient competitor, proving so once again this weekend.
Below is a brief twitter exchange between the two superstars after their bout Friday:
Many times life will hit you hard, knock you down, and hurt you. Persevere, Never Give Up, and do your best get up and keep going #NGU

This is certainly good news for WWE as they move forward in the month of September. Cena is currently scheduled to compete against Seth Rollins in a rematch for the United States Championship later this month at “Night of Champions.”
Owens defeated Cesaro both at “SummerSlam” and the following evening on “Monday Night Raw,’ and it is rumored that he will be facing Ryback for the Intercontinental Championship at “Night of Champions.”
Editor’s Note:
WWE is breathing a sigh of relief, I’m sure. Not only will Cena and Rollins put on another classic match at “Night of Champions,” but if Cena didn’t compete, it would certainly take away from part of the storyline between Rollins and Sting. The only thing that would have made this better is if the “injury” somehow happened while Cena was doing the springboard stunner, and it would cause him to consider taking the move away from his arsenal.
