We have some sad news to report, as Dana Brooke’s boyfriend, bodybuilder Dallas McCarver, has passed away at the age of 26.

According to TMZ Sports, McCarver choked on some food at his home in Florida yesterday. He was discovered just after Midnight this morning by a friend, who had just spoken to him on the phone.

From the report:

McCarver was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports there appears to be no signs of foul play.

Brooke says the cause of death is believed to be choking on food … and it does not appear McCarver was trying to harm himself.

Confirmed - Bodybuilder Dallas McCarver Has Died

Brooke posted the following on her Instagram account, confirming the passing:

Known as “Big Country,” McCarver joined the bodybuilding community when he was 21, and quickly made a name for himself in the industry. He placed 8th in the 2016 Mr. Olympia competition in Las Vegas last September.

We at Wrestling Rumors send out deepest condolences to Dana Brooke and the family of Dallas McCarver during this difficult time.

Editor’s Note:

This is so sad and tragic in every way possible. To have someone so young and so full of time be taken from the earth in a complete accident is hard to comprehend.
