It’s getting hot in here. One of the more intriguing stories over the last few weeks has been the levels of backstage heat on both Enzo Amore and Baron Corbin. Both have gotten in some hot water in recent days and it’s started to affect a lot of what they’ve been doing on WWE TV. With a big milestone out of the way, there are some updates on their statuses.

According to the “Wrestling Observer Newsletter” by way of Wrestlinginc.com, things are getting worse for Amore. His crowd reactions have started to weaken and those have been the only thing that warrant continuing his strong presence on “Monday Night Raw”. At the moment, he’s disliked by almost everyone in WWE and that doesn’t seem to be changing anytime soon.

Here’s some of the punishment Amore has received. Remember that he’s afraid of heights.

Enzo Amore is locked in a Shark Cage high above the ring: SummerSlam 2017 (WWE Network Exclusive)

As for Corbin, the fans are starting to take notice of his issues and even mocked him for his troubles on the “Summerslam 2017” Kickoff Show. The loss to John Cena in such quick fashion seems to have been punishment for his actions and his push could be in jeopardy. At the same time, WWE may be considering calling up Bobby Roode to take Corbin’s spot.

Opinion: At the moment, it would seem that Amore is the one with the bigger issues. Corbin did something stupid (by arguing on Twitter and running his mouth) but Amore just seems to be naturally disliked. Corbin also has more natural gifts that could translate into a push while Amore is really just a good talker and little more. Both are in trouble but I’d bet on Corbin getting out of it faster.

Who do you think has the bigger problem? Do you think either of them will be released? Let us know in the comments below.
