Another “Raw Mixed Match Challenge” Team Announced

This one is going to be interesting.

“Raw” General Manager Kurt Angle has announced another team for the upcoming “Mixed Match Challenge,” which will be airing on Facebook Live beginning on Tuesday, January 16. In a somewhat unlikely pairing, Nia Jax will be teaming with Apollo Crews to represent the Red Brand.

Crews and Jax join the teams of Alexa Bliss & Braun Strowman and Finn Balor & Sasha Banks from “Raw.”

Over on “Smackdown Live,” the teams of Bobby Roode & Charlotte Flair, Jimmy Uso & Naomi and Rusev & Lana have been formed.

Jax was less than thrilled about her pairing, which you can see in the video below:

Honestly, I love this pairing. I have been a fan of the Titus Worldwide brand for a long time, and adding Nia Jax to the mix could do wonders for everyone involved. While they won’t win the tournament, this team could provide for some very entertaining moments, both in and out of the ring!
