It was previously reported that, in a major change, Kurt Angle will be making his return to in-ring competition, and will be competing at WWE’s “TLC” pay-per-view.

However, that wasn’t the only major announcement from the company today.

In the same report from WWE.com, it was announced that “Smackdown Live” superstar AJ Styles will be replacing Bray Wyatt, and will be facing “The Demon” Finn Balor.

You can see a clip from the latest promo between Balor and Wyatt below:

The Demon responds to Sister Abigail: Raw, Oct. 16, 2017

“The Eater of Worlds” was originally scheduled to appear at “TLC” as “Sister Abigail,” and take on “The Demon” in a clash of other-world entities.

It is unknown what the backstage reason for this change is at this time. We will continue to monitor this story and provide any updates as they become available to us.

Editor’s Note:

Something seems fishy about all of this. I don’t know if Wyatt’s rumored illness is worse than the company thought, or something else is going on, but something about this doesn’t seem right. Either way, this will be an outstanding matchup, and will put two of the best in the world against each other. A win for the fans, no doubt!
