Rich Swann vs. T.J. Perkins vs. Brian Kendrick for the Cruiserweight Title

Perkins lost to Kendrick on RAW, but he then beat Swann on 205 Live, so this whole situation remains a muddled mess. It might make sense for Perkins to win the title, but by pinning/submitting Kendrick, so Swann doesn’t have to lose the title directly. If Swann just straight up wins, they have to probably push both Kendrick and Perkins aside, or at least they should, but if Perkins (or Kendrick) win without Swann being directly involved, the story can head right into a rematch for Swann. Since Perkins got a win over Swann before Roadblock, that probably means he’s not going to win again. So let’s go with Kendrick, even if that’s not terribly exciting.
