Here’s a Throwback Thursday that features an episode of RAW that was a bit of a Throwback Monday. To celebrate the 15th anniversary of Monday Night RAW, the WWE staged a 15-man battle royal featuring wrestlers from the past. It’s a treasure trove of both classic wrestlers and regrettable gimmicks. There are guys like Irwin R. Schyster and Sgt. Slaughter alongside the likes of Doink the Clown and the iconic wrestling hockey player The Goon. Also, Bob Backlund, who we see occasionally alongside Darren Young these days, is part of the match. The more things change, the more they stay the same sometimes.

This video only shows the various wrestlers making their entrances. However, if we’re being honest, isn’t that the best part of something like this? Do we really need to see “Lethal Weapon” Steve Blackman in action? Wouldn’t you rather just see Repo Man head down to the ring?

Which of these wrestlers is your favorite blast from the past? And which old school wrestlers would you have liked to see in this battle royal? Let us know in the comments, and be sure to check out the Wrestling Rumors Facebook page.
