IWGP Heavyweight Championship: Kazuchika Okada d. Tetsuya Naito

Every Wrestle Kingdom event since Okada defeated Tanahashi to win the IWGP Heavyweight Championship has been one more notch in him becoming one of the greatest competitors to ever step foot in New Japan Pro Wrestling. The ring skill that Okada has, while just turning 30 a couple of months ago, has the ability to quickly put him on the list of elites.

Okada has held the title since June 19, 2016, in which he defeated Naito to commence his fourth reign as champion. He also passed Tanahashi at the turn of the new year to become the longest reigning champion of all-time. For Naito, his popularity continues to remain steady, and it certainly would not be a surprise if he is champion again soon. Another fantastic showing by both competitors, and a great way to close the show.
